You’ll receive an email with your username & password. Click on the link to confirm your email address. (If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.)
Use your username & password to sign in to Bookmemate. Your free 30 day trial starts from the day you sign up.
First, you'll be asked for some simple information about your business. Fill in your answers and click next.
You'll arrive at the main screen, which shows a calendar view.
Add a booking
Choose 'Booking' from the menu on the left.
Tap on any day and time slot in the calendar to get started.
Choose a client, or create a new client. Enter the details and click save.
Now choose a service, or create a new service. Enter the details and click save.
When you're happy with the booking details, select save. Your first appointment is scheduled in the calendar.
You can tap on the booking to view and edit the details, or to add more services.
To change the day or time, simply drag the booking to another spot on the calendar.
Add a client
Choose 'Clients' from the menu on the left.
Tap ➕ to create a new client profile. Enter the details and click save.
Your client has been added to the Clients list.
You can view, add, edit or delete client information using the icons at the base of the screen.
Add a service
Choose 'Services' from the menu on the left.
Tap ➕ to set up a new service. Enter the details and click save.
Your new service has been added to the services list.
Create a quote
Now that you've added clients and services, you're ready to create a quote.
Choose 'Quotes' from the menu on the left.
Tap ➕ and in the new quote screen, select a client. (You can add a new client on this screen, too.)
After you've selected your client, it's time to select a service to add to the quote. Simply select 'Add a new row' to add more services to the quote. Then save.
Your new quote will appear in the Quotes list. Now you can choose to attach photos, create a PDF and send.
When you change the quote status to Accepted, it will appear on your Booking screen.
Add a service
When you've completed a booking, tap on the booking and tap 💲 to proceed to check out.
Fill out the Point of Sale details, and then select Invoice or Receipt.
Tap send and you're done.
Your revenue will now be shown in your Financials and Profit & Loss.
